I have more than one skin problems

I have patches like burns on my stomach which doctor have said it to be LP . They are the same colour as my skin but a little darker and look almost like patches. My other problem is also on my stomach. I have noticed very small brown spots on my body. They were not there before. They look like tiny beauty spots and are 6-7 in numbers all over my stomach. My third problem is on my neck. I have developed multiple tiny white boils on my neck. They dont hurt.
