I have got my periods before date
I have got my periods on 25th oct and i am having severe abdominal and back pain. Also the flow is heavy and large clots are passing.
I have never got my periods early till now. This is the first time and also never experienced so much pain. I am planning for pregnancy and i have a doubt that i have missed my pregnancy. Please help.
