I have digestion problem
I have digestion problem.I am unable to digest properly and i feel uneasiness.I used some digesion tablets like unizem but they are of no use.When i go for tiolet i need to put a lot of preassure and i get only little.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. Don't try to diagnose yourself you are not at all good at it. The problem is with your diet and not digestion. What you put in matters more. So have a high fiber diet and you will have proper stools. Unizyme is not for constipation.
