I am 38 years old female...i have some swallowing difficulty problem...my dr advised endoscopy but i have severe anxiety isaue i could not do endoscopy test...can i do baruim swallow test...barruim swallow detect cancer...i am worried about cancer only

Endoscopy can be safely done with sedation. Barium swallow may also help. In case of any doubt , once can also go for a CT.
