I have constant cough

Asked for Female, 27 Years

I have continuous cough problems for last 2 months. Normal local doctors prescribed cough syrup and medicines, which gave me only 10% relief from persistent cough. I dont have any other health issue. Post consulting an ENT specialist, my eosinophil count showed as 700/cmm. whereas the range must be 30-350/cmm. He said because of that i have become allergic. The specialist gave me medicine for 7-8 days post which i have again started to cough. Kindly suggest what can be done to reduce this count

Cough lasting for two months needs to be evaluated in detail. There is very less correlation between increased eosinophil count and allergies. So you need to consult nearby pulmonologist
