I have bold spider veins under my eyes

Asked for Female, 14 Years

Bold spider veins under my eyes and nothing covers them, I don't know how to get rid of them. I am 14 years old so surgeries aren't an option because they don't allow people at this age getting like sclerotherapy or lasers. So I need to know what I can do to fix this problem, and fast and cheap.
