I have bodyache
I am 43 years old female.Whenever i sit idle it pains in my back and the pain generally oscillates between upper back to lower back.Mostly it pains mildly but sometimes it is severe.Never pains when i do my household chores.This has been from around 1 and half years. Please help me !

Chiropractic Mobilization will help. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

Seems like you r having problem with the vertebral alignment... May u require postural correction and some advices As its been 1yr I advice u to undergo for MRI if there's any problem it would be so easy to rule out and treat you..

Don't sit or sit for long time. don't slouch and keep ur spine straight. If u r unable to do that, then there might be some disc issues
