I have been diagnosed as
Anemic I am taking iron tabs since two weeks still I have not recovered and have been noticing anemia symtoms like heart pumping fast dizziness , headache,losing body pweretc.please help Thanks.

Your Dexorange tablets take one & half to three months to correct your anemia. If you are symptomatic for the anemia (signs of a struggling heart like racing, breathing difficulty, etc.) then you need to correct your anemia sooner than a month by taking IV iron supplements / packed red blood cell transfusion. Before all that, the reason for anemia need to be established through blood tests.

If colour of stool latrin is blackish ,it is to take care of,which may be due to bleeding in intestines.reason of anaemia to be detected and then treatment.
