I have been detected with High BP .
We checked the BP it was on an average 80-148 or 80- 186 and do on. I have a hereditary history as my mother also has the same problem.

Why u r on open platform?? U need primary test related to bp than with ten days record of bp consult md physician to got proper medication. Life style change diet plan drastically changed is first step.

Your BP is high, you should start taking Antihypertensive medication after consulting with a physician. Reduce salt and oil intake do regular physical excercise.
