I have ankylosing spondolities
I'm 30 yrs old and  having ankylosing spondolities From June 2020 and hlab27 positive how can I prevent my vertebrae bones from fusing with each other without medicines.i wanted to ask that can it be prevented by excercise, physiotherapy or any other therapy..I just don't want to my spine or neck to fuse.and if it's not possible then how much time will it take to fuse.if there is any fuse in any or all vertebrae then surgery is necessary or it can be repaired by excercise or any therapy.i can bear the pain but what I'm worrying is bones fuse with each other..plz provide me best suggestions I request all doctor's whoever reads my post.plz give me a suggestion.
