I have a sinus problem and i am 5 month pregnant and unable to breath so please help me and i take Motrin adult nasal spray but now one of doctor said it is not good for me and my baby so please help me in that

It is common to have nasal stuffiness in pregnancy which is known as gestational rhinitis which occurs because of hormonal changes in pregnancy. You should not use nose drops. You can safely use anti Histamine medicine such as chlorphenaramine (CPM) for symptomatic relief. Meanwhile you can do steam inhalation
