I have acid reflux and using nexium?
Hello i have acid reflux i was at doctor as he said you have acid reflux and he said to start using nexium 40mg for 14 days i get 2ps for day , and now for 1 month i will get 1pcs , but i have some problems , right after i wake up i have problem i cant eat because i have Burping and then i get nexium 40mg , after i get nexium after 1-2 hours i get very very hungry so i eat and then ok till 8-9 pm when my stomach swell up about 2 months ago i did Endoscopy and my doctor said that i have Helicobacter and i used some antibiotics

Hi..... Avoid foods and drinks that trigger heartburn. Everyone has specific triggers. Common triggers such as fatty or fried foods, tomato sauce, alcohol, chocolate, mint, garlic, onion, and caffeine may make heartburn worse. Avoid foods you know will trigger your heartburn. Eat smaller meals. Avoid overeating by eating smaller meals. Don't lie down after a meal. Wait at least three hours after eating before lying down or going to bed.
