I have a Throat Pain since 20 days

Hello Doctor. I have a Throat Pain since from 20 days. Is it any Std which causing Throat Pain?? I had a sex last time 3 months before . I don't have any discharge from Pennies everything is normal. But I don't know because of winter I have throat pain or what?? Please reply me .
