After licking my gf private area. Next day I have a really bad sore throat. By supper I can't hardly eat can't swallow the food have choked couple time what could this be just started happening

It might just be a sheer coincidence that after going down on your girl you are suffering from sore throat. Provided she doesn't have an infection down there and it caught you as well. It is possible but very rare. I think you should consult a physician for detailed examination. If he thinks he'll get a throat swab done for bacterial culture. Simple antibiotics and anti inflammatory drugs should help resolve your problem. But do consult a physician first.
