I have a doubt if I'm pregnant

I had slight fever from two days.. Yesterday night I became unconscious and vomited when I consulted a doctor she told me its due to low bp and less liquid content but I am not able to pass my motion properly and feel uneasy Inside my stomach my parents are like it is due to gastric problem please help me out
