We are trying to child we are married 3 month ago my period cycle is regular 28 to 31 days .my doubt is regular in relation ship can I got immediately pregnant or how many6time we are in relation for a month?

It can take up to an year for healthy couples to conceive. Have frequent intercourse around day 10-19 of periods. This is when you are most likely to conceive. Start tab folic acid once daily. Be patient and maintain a healthy lifestyle. All this will help
