I have a dark spot on face
I have dark spot pigmentation on nose near right eyes just similar to spots which appears after wearing spectacles.My doctor has subscribed me for cosglo gel for pigmentation . I have tried this gel for three months but my spots dint became lighter. Can you please suggest me any other cream or how long this cosglo gel may take to lighter my dark spots.
I even have dark spots above my eyes. Need remedy for same. Can I use cosglo gel for same any other solution to get rid of dark spots.

There are many reasons why your skin would develop pigmentation.. Sun tan, overweight, pigmentation disorders like acanthosis or melasma, nutritional deficiency etc are some conditions. Unless someone examines you, we cannot know the cause. Unless we find out the cause it is difficult and pointless to treat. Please send photos with detailed history in private chat for proper treatment.
