I have gone to two doctors which are saying it is because of tb pleurisy have developed so first doctor gave me r cinex medicine but second one says its wrong so he gave mai akurti -4 which one is good and why ?

My advise would be to confirm tb first. Second question, akurit 4 is better to start as compared to rcinex, but rcinex will be given after initial infection is better after 2 months. akurit 4 contains four medicines and rcinex contains 2 out of those 4
