I hav hypothyroidism since 10 years using thyrox75 mg daily.7years back I operated divertification of recti so on this procedure umbilical hernia surgery is done without mesh.doctor told only 1 cm not nessesary mesh.after 4 years march 2021 hav loose stools 4-5times a day andstomach pain with black stools 3 times on only one month.I visit gastroenterologist endoscopy colonoscopy blood tests abdomen scan ,ANA profile,colonoscopy with biopsy all are normal.doctor told IBS and gave sarotena10 mg for 7 months.my problem is solved.I stopped taking tablet.after 3 years from january 2023 some times I hav pain left side of umblical region.on 24/01/23 I hav very pain in left ide of umbalical region and I get stools with mix up blood and mucus.after i cant see blood in stool but pain in left side umbalical region( 5mm )only.stools is soft and undigested food and from 4 months flatulence( with bad odour sometimes).please suggest what problem I hav? Can I again do colonoscopy and endoscopy.
