I had gas ,few weeks ago, i had gurgling

Asked for Male, 22 Years

I had gurgling, watery stool frequently 1 week before , i ate med for dysentry, ENO,curd.It was some what relief for those few days .Again after 1 week i see gurgling my stomach .i am taking med ranitidine ,but no any changes .What should i do ? how to know if it is lactose intolerance?
