I got my annual body check done
My heomoglobin is 8.5 and my iron study also not good . I started tablet fibator prescribed by doc for cholestrol for 2 months. Pleas elet me know how shld I gt my heomoglobin up. Thanks Bharati

Hello and welcome to practo.com! You are probably suffering from iron deficiency anaemia. Take following measures. 1. Eat brown jaggery(Gur) 2. Eat whole apples, spinach, pomegranates, beetroot, green vegetables. 3. Take tablet livogen 1 tablet daily for 2 months. Preferably take it one hour before a meal with lime water. Avoid taking tea or coffee along with the supplement.

Avoid tea, coffee 1 hr before and after tablet. Try taking tablet with a orange or with glass of lime water.
