I got infected on fingers
Skin of my fingers start removing, I got cuts on on fingers of hand. This is all happening from last 2 year.

I can understand your condition.
Most probable cause can b a local allergen like sm soap or detergent which z causing this allergy or else it can b a sign of general allergy.
In both the cases I would suggest you to see a physician.
In general..applying coconut oil on these cracks will make them better but that qont b a solution to ur problems.
Hope u see a physician soon.
