I Get Period cramps and its severe
My period started two days ago and i had severe pain yesterday and it stopped by evening. and now it stared again... during the crapms sterted fro the first time, it inly lasted half a day. Now its for more than a day, three days at the maximum, and i take two ibluprofen , normal paracitimol pain reliever doesnt help. And exercisses didnt seem to r

Hi good afternoon Thnxs for your question I think u should consult Gynecologist for further treatment plan complete examination is necessary to diagnose problem
