I get flu everyday
Hello! I really don't know what's wrong with me. Because i have been suffering from flu for over 3 years. Every morning i start my day with a lot sneezes and unending flu. Sometimes the mucus comes out with blood especially by the time i sneeze a lot. I have tried using some Chinese medicines since i leave in China but they haven't helped anything.

You might be suffering from allergic rhinitis which is a common type of allergic disorder and it's not flu which is viral infection. You may need to take long term treatment with anti Histamine medicines and steroid nasal sprays. Usually with treatment you should be normal but cure usually won't occur. Physical exercises can be of some benefit
