I get Flu and cold every time in UK
When ever I am travelling to UK I get cold, cough and fever within days I land there. It is apparently an allergic reaction to some pollen. Is there any precautionary medicine which I should take to avoid this situation

Can take antiallergics like tab Montelukast 10mg once daily fee days before going to UK Also there are few oral allergy immunotherapies available for pollen allergy- need to consult personally an allergy specialist to get the treatment
