Last night I was examining my breasts, and I found a small lump underneath my aerola on my right breast, right beside my nipple. It doesn't hurt to touch. I can sort of move it around and it feels like a hard ball. I have a cold right now if that has anything to do with it, I'm scared it could be something more severe.

15 years.. your breast is now growing and it will have all breast milk tissue generation.. underneath the areola it is usually not something which you are worried for, and simply no at this age.. I think so it is normal growth phase but if it increases in size or it remains like that only in right breast, then consult a surgeon or a gynecologist
