Have abrasion over leg,hand deeply and its paining too much every morning.i am using betadin cream from last 3 days but issue is constant.so can i use soframycin skin cream over the wounds?

Hello.... If its a superficial abrasion, it will heal by itself. The betadine will cause more irritation to the wound. The best is to wash it with any antiseptic solution and then give a proper cover from the dust. It will heal better.
