Abrasion due to bike accident
Last night i met with a bike accident which caused abrasion on the right hand. Now it is burning. I have applied betadine 10% oinment. Should i dress the wound or leave it open? And how often should i apply betadine?

Don't apply betadine ointment. It will burn more. Apply mupirocin ointment its really good for wounds. Don't do any dressing, keep it open. If its bit deeper go for tetanus toxoid too. Tetanus doesnt occur because of iron injury so take it for safe purpose. Review after two weeks
