You condition is referred to as seasonal affective disorder (SAD) in Psychology terms. In most cases it happen during fall or early winter, however spring or early summer can also trigger depression in some, like in your case. It is best to seek medication (from a psychiatrist) as well as psychotherapy (from a psychologist), which will help to relieve symptoms and later to manage the depressive feelings in the long run. I wish you speedy recovery.
