I feel weak my body aches

Asked for Female, 18 Years

I thought I was catching a cold and i have been staying in bed for 3 days now and I've been taking medicine. But all I feel is my body hurting, my ears, I feel so weak and I sneeze every once in a while and I've been sleeping a lot but nothing seems to work.
