Hi
You hate mornings. It is necessary to know what is making you hate mornings. You feel good and energised after 5pm. In order to determine the reason for not feeling good in the morning consult a psychologist and explain about your morning routine. You can also talk about your energy levels and sleep pattern. You are used to staying up till 1AM. A psychologist will help you feel calm and make certain lifestyle changes that will enable you to feel good in the morning.

Hi... Please consult a Psychiatrist for a medical diagnosis. Your symptoms appear similar to morning depression but more information will be required to make a formal diagnosis. Be mindful of your routine - sleep, meals, exercise, breathing/meditation. It will help you regulate your mood better. Also, do think about whether you are doing something in the daytime that is worth your attention or something you really like. We tend to hate a period of time when we are doing things that we don't really like. It's best to seek professional help for your concerns.
Next Steps
Consult a Psychologist.
CBT along with Lifestyle Changes and Interpersonal Guidance & Counselling is required.
