I feel cut on my tongoe
Every mounth 2 times my tongue cut and i feel blood on it and its hurt to much even i cant tase foods when i eat food i cant feel taste

You need to get it checked by a dentist for any sharp tooth structures.  There can be other reasons too. Time being you can apply muco  pain ulcer gel.
