Last year my doctor advised me hcl propanlol 20 mg then reduced to 10 mg and ask me it's not permanent it's temporary because of my anxiety because my heartbeat rises suddenly iam in stress of thai negative thoughts come in jind of cardiac arresr then I quit it suddenly but after than I have syptoms like pain in calves legs under soles erection problem feel suffocated under showers restless I tested my hb1ac 4.9 thyroid normal cholestrol normal now what is this i suddenly stop after 10 mg not tempered to 5 mg
