I drink around 6 litres of water a day
Hello, for the longest time, my body naturally demands for about 6 litres of water a day. I'm highly active physically throughout the day and I workout quite intensely 5 days a week. My diet is also on the higher side. I'm 168 cms, weigh 64 kgs and am 23 years old. Is 6 litres of water adequate or too much?

It is too much, but if your body is used to it, u can continue. Try taking electrolytes with water. Plain water in such high quantity can deplete electrolytes in body, mainly sodium
