I don’t know what’s wrong with my body.
I’m a 14 year old girl. I’ve had a cold that has lasted 2-3 weeks, and my previous period was a day short. Then, I developed depression and anxiety, gas and liquidy discharge in my genital area, loss of appetite, itchiness throughout body, lots of acne on my face, pale face, loss of weight, and change in sleep patterns. On the left side of body, for the second time in my life, a little below my breast, my abdomen is swollen, and I feel discomfort in this side of body. I have gas, constipiation.

Hello dear patient your history is suggestive of some infection in uro-genital and intra-abdominal areas of your body and that can produce hormonal changes which produces acne and this anxious state of mind along with stress and depression. I would like you to get a ultrasound of abdomen done and consult a gynecologist doctor. Avoid any self medication or any antidepessant medication like prothiaden as suggested by some doctor, these medications are to be given by proper history taking and moreover are not available without doctors written prescription. So kindly consult a doctor in person. Tc
