I can't understand my urine reports.....

Asked for Female, 14 Years

I have two urine reports but I cannot understand the report.Microbiological report says , culture has yielded no growth of any Bacteria at 37 Degree Centigrade for 48 hours. So I want to know that, I have urine infection or not ??
