I ate a lot of spicy food
So i ate a lot of spicy food for two days it gave me severe burning while eating too. And i had constipation for few days today I noticed bright red blood in my poop and I am scared what should I do

Frank red blood may be due anal fissure i.e tear....does the anal area burn or itch??

eat high fibre diet... drink plenty of water ...eat cucumber and have sitz bath 3-4 times daily and do not strain at stools..and also avoid spicy food
