I am suffering with throat infection.
Gale me chale hogaye hai. I have severe pain. Can you please suggest medicine.
Four days se medicine le rahi hu but pain kam nahi hora. So please suggest medicine.

Practically one doesn't require any medicine except pain killer as these are mostly viral or Aphthous ulcers and are supposed to heal within few days without any treatment. And as you know medicines are not without side effects. So have patience for about a week for the ulcers to heal and keep taking Analgesics ( avoid taking in empty stomach) so that pain doesn't bother you a lot

You need proper clinical examination of your condition.. and if needed a throat swab for culture and sensitivity..
A good antibiotics and painkiller for symptomatic relief
Lidocam lozenges can be taken before food for relief of pain..

What medicines are you already taking? Could you share a pic of the ulcers?
You can start 1. Zytee gel to apply locally on the ulcers three times a day for 7 days
2. Dispirin mouth washes(1 tablet Dispirin in 1/2 glass lukewarm water) thrice a day. For 5 days
