Let me briefly orient you about male biology of sexuality. After ours birth, our body grows physically, height - weight increases as per age. At about 14-16 year, ours reproductive system starts working by secretion of sexual endocrine hormones like testosterone in male from testes located in b/w ours thighs.  Under influence of sexual hormones like testosterone, ours voice becomes dark, loud. We get sexual desires on seeing opposite sex.  Ours testes start producing semen which is mixed up of sperms & secretion of 2 other glands - bulborethral & prostate which makes it milky-way. It's production will be continued till death upto 70-80 years. Just like ours hair-bear-nail grows regularly even after we cut them routinely. Just as we have appetite for food, we are having sexual appetite also. Although it's range of frequency is varying from person to person from thrice daily to three times in week.
Next Steps
So its ours male sexual hormone testosterone which is responsible for sexual urges and its natural and necessary.  Masturbation doesn't cause long term harm to sexual life. you can do it as per your natural rhythm. Don't worry.
