I am having this problem for a long time
I have a problem at sleeping somenights i sleep a 4 hours max some time i can't sleep i have lack of appetite and anger management problems some times i don't sleep for more than 3 days even i am fatigue and i feel like my body about to fall down but i can't force my self to sleep Ps: I am having alot of stress and maybe social anxiety

You seem to insomniac. Did you try any medication? You could also try meditation. Also avoid coffee. Are you taking any medication for your anxiety?
