The mole on scalp is one month old. It is soft. Occasionally bleeding occurs. There is no pain. Is it mole or try issue

Don't ignore this lesion . Get it checked from a dermatologist to rule out any serious condition like a malignant melanoma or a simple pyogenic granuloma . Both can be treated .
