I am Having a lackluster dim skin
I am having a lackluster skin, always looks so dim in spite of my white skin tone. I am drinking a pretty good amount of water and using an emollient cream (lipobase) daily, but it still looks unusually dim. my lower lip looks the same, with a cut right in the middle of it, it rarley bleeds a few drops.
