  4. I am feeling left chest pain. To 150?

I am feeling left chest pain
I have taken ECG latest, please check my ECG and suggest me if needed any tests.i have taken 2d echo 2 weeks back , it is normal today I took ECG it shows border line,I am feeling very tensed after getting ECG.my pulse average is 80 to 90, but BP average is 130 to 150
