I am fatigued, sleeping all the time.
I have a TSH level of 11.2 but a free T4 of 1.0, do I have hypothyroidism. If so, what is the severity and should I get treatment for it?

Yes.. you have hypothyroidism..need to take care to maintain normal thyroid hormones level..if untreated weight gain, easy fatiguability, other systemic complications may arise.
