I am facing quite an alarming hairfaĺl .

I am 33yrs old now ..n I have been suffering from an on and off hairfall problem since I was 26yrs old which has left me with very less hair on my scalp now ..I am born with a high forhead and my hair are naturally thin. But now i am experiencing almost all kinds of hair problems..hairfall, dandruff, breakage, greying of hair. Please guide me .
