I am facing pain while bowling (Stool)
I feel pain from inside of anus from last 2-3days . I am getting sacred due to this. I need solution or remedies foe this. Please help

Probably it's a case of anal fissure!
Any constipation issues?
Gases/acidity??
Is there bleeding while passing stools
Need to start on:-
Proctosedyl ointment
Povidone iodine ointment
Tab. Sitcom Forte
Tab. Brufen 600mg
Syp cremaffin
Avoid straining while passing stools
Avoid oily and spicy food
Increase water uptake
Eat Fibre Rich diet
