I would like to ask you about my mental health I have a schizophrenia for 1 year since Jan 2017 I have met a doctor and eaten doctor drug everytime i don't miss it Can I get away from schizophrenia um... I mean Will I be normal?

Hi.yes you can still be normal. Dont worry. Eat more of all types of fruits . Practice meditation. Read more books . And listen to music without songs. You will feel much better.
