My tsh is 18.3.. how much mcg thyronorm I should take...& Should I reduce the dosage once it is controlled ..due to disturbed thyroid m facing a hair fall problem ..do I need separate medication FR it ..or it will control once thyroid is controlled

Is it for the first time that u r diagnosed to have high tsh levels? Or are u currently taking any medications for that?
If its first time then u need to be started on high dose of thyronorm and it should be monitored regularly eg every 3 months.
Hair loss probem can be due to many things not necessarily thyroid only for that u should take dermatologist consultation.
