Hypothyroidism turned hyperthyroidism
Hello,I had hypothyroid of 11.5 TSH during my pregnancy and my gynecologist suggested me to take 100 mcg of thyrnonorm (while I had been taking 75mcg before). Now post my baby's delivery my TSH value is 0.014 which seems to be hyperthyroidism. Can you please tell if this is dangerous and what is the cause? PS: my calcium levels are in lower towards border line and my vitamin D levels have gone down too. Will this affect my baby(2.5 month old)? As I am feeding her. Also, my gynecologist looking at my report changed the dosage of thynorm from 100mcg to 75mcg. How frequently must I do a thyroid test and is there anything I need to be worried of? Can my pituitary gland become normal post pregnancy?

Post delivery reduction of dosage needs to be done. Tsh going lower means your thyroid tablet dose is high.. Consult online for further advise
