Hypothyroidism
I've been detected with thyroid just a week ago. I had no symptoms except for hairfall. My tsh level is 18.7 and t3 and t4 are normal. I don't have any family history of thyroid. I want to know can stress cause thyroid. And should I do the test once again to see whether I've thyroid as there is no other visible symptom except hairfall. Currently I'm on thyronorm 25 mg dose. Even my anti tpo results are high.

High anti TPO and high TSH confirms that you have hypothyroidis. Its a very common disease affecting 15-20% of females. TSH should be retested after 6-8 weeks because that much is the time it takes to change.
